Our personalized service includes caring for the buildings and grounds ourselves. Maintenance is performed on an everyday basis. You won’t have to wait for the repairman. Our apartments are designed with convenience and aesthetics in mind. Month to Month leases are available (six (6) month minimum) for an additional fee.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What forms of payment do you accept?”]We accept Online Payments via your Personal Tenant Portal, Checks, Credit Cards, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Sorry, no cash. Included is heat, sewer/water and garbage/recycling removal. Hot water is included at Riverbend.

Your personal property is not covered under our insurance. Renters insurance is very affordable. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance agent or you can purchase insurance directly from your personal tenant portal.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I sublet my apartment?”]We do not allow sublets. Subletting would not relieve you from the lease and any unpaid rent or damages. If you have someone interested in your apartment they must apply and be approved, then a lease would be signed with them and you would no longer be liable for the apartment.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Tell me about the community?”]Riverbend Apartments is located in beautiful Marathon County on Wausau’s West side. Critical maintenance is done as soon as possible. Non-critical maintenance is routinely done on Tuesdays and Fridays. The security deposit may not be used to pay the last month rent. At Riverbend there are coin operated washers and dryers in each building hall. Some apartments feature a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Hours of operation: 8:00 am – 10:30 pm.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long may I allow a guest to stay in my apartment?”]Guest are allowed to stay no more that two (2) weeks per year. If you wish, they can fill out an application so they become a registered guest.
